      Never answers the phone. I have questions, that need to be answered about my property in Hancock Co

      I have called numerous times, and only one time someone answered and put me immediately on hold, then I was disconnected. This is no way to run government offices!! My tax money should be spent better than this!!!! Just answer the phone, and answer questions about my property, so I can pay my Taxes!!!!
