I recently stayed here on oct.21st and oct 22. I was very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of staff. Susie was great, she reserved my room ahead of time and gave me a room on the lower level that I had requested. The price was budget friendly too. I found that I needed to stay overnight in Bay Minette and luckily discovered the Log Cabin Inn. The two people with whom I interacted, Christina at night and Susie in the morning, to be extremely nice and helpful and professional. My bed was very comfortable, the room had no bad smells, which I find on the road ocassionally, and I was very comfortable. I would stay there again most definitely. My only complaint; no bananas in the morning....oh, and the hairdryer didn't work.

I have to say that this is the worst hotel I have stayed in, in my entire life!!! I got charged an additional money for my daughter getting sick. The bad thing was she didn't even get sick on the carpet. We had to use some old towels that they had in the office to clean the floor and sink up in the room. They didn't even come down to inspect it or even offer to help clean the room. I just got thru checking my account and they had charged me an additional fee, for the "clean-up" they did. When speaking to the manager she claim it was because the room was still unserviceable and they had to have a special crew to come in clean the room. I think it is bogus that they would charge me, after I signed the document, and not letting me know that this was a possibility. I will NEVER stay at this hotel, or I should say rat hole ever again. I forgive them that is because that is what my God would want me to do. Sommer- From North Alabama
