We are your home for gentle yoga, meditation, barre classes, and finding yourself again. We have created a peaceful, welcoming environment just for you. Everyone is welcome in our space from the experienced yoga lover, the high school athlete, the sporadic practicer, and those that have never tried yoga.We will guide you through your practice and in turn, you will become more relaxed, flexible, strong, and focused.
