We wanted to put an opener on our pole barn overhead door. It is 10' wide and 9' high. We had an old wood door. Most of the door companies didn't even show up to give us an estimate. M&R came when they said they would and gave us a reasonable estimate. Although they were not able to put an opener on that door because of limited headroom. They ordered a special sized door/hardware for our needs. Greg and his partner were here 10 minutes before the appointed time and did a great job of demoing the old door and installing the new door and opener. They were done in just over 4 hours and that included their lunch break. They also took everything with them (except what I wanted for scrap) including the old door and all of the packaging from the new door. We are very satisfied with the whole experience.
I had M&R replace an odd length door after a van plowed into my attached garage. Quick, professional installation service and we now have a beautiful new garage door. Mike is simply the best in the area. Do yourself a favor and shop here.
Decision was easy. Very professional and reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know.love the door.

Repeatedly rude to myself and my wife. Switched the original start date at the last minute. Upped the price from $160 to $250 at last second with no explanation. I advise against using them due to their unprofessional ism and cost! On the plus side the door is up and working great!
M and R had great service people who got to my house at the time they said they would and the cost was just what they told me it would be. Everyone was very courterous and I really like the personal service their small company gave me.

They took 3 weeks to complete a repair. They kept telling me on the phone that they would "be there tommorrow afternoon" and then never show up. When they finally did the job, I found several rusty nails and spikes left in my driveway and garage which could have easliy ended up in my tires.
