Access Alliance of Michigan, a division of Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health, ensures the availability of resources to respond to consumer needs and for the payment of provider claims. It is a prepaid inpatient health plan for Bay, Arenac, Huron, Montcalm, Shiawassee and Tuscola counties in Michigan. Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health provides treatment for mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances. The center offers occupational, physical and speech therapies and emergency and case management services. It also provides dietary and nursing services, as well as the assessment and evaluation of health care needs. Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health additionally offers a variety of family support, psychiatric and residential services.
