Worst experience ever! I had been with Nies for over 10 years when I got married and went to cancel my policy. The vehicle I had with them was paid in full but in our shop needing to be worked on. I cancelled my policy with them since it wasn't driveable. Two months go by and I get word that they never cancelled it even though they have noted that I talked with them about how to cancel. I then faxed over several more faxes before they finally recieved one. I now have a policy with my husband, full coverage on two vehicles that are worth more $. It is $20 less than what I was paying for ONE car at Nies. Bottom line. Poor service, too expensive (I'm with a more well know insurance company that generally costs more and it's less than Nies) and you can better coverage elsewhere.
