Terrible customer service..!!! Id rather lay under a lamp shade then tan there...

I have been frequently visiting here because the Service us TOP notch, kind, respectful and affordable! The desk Ladies are very nice people. I'm always in and out without waiting and bulbs are changed regularly. 5 star in my book!!!

When going into pennfield salon to get a spray tan u do not deal with the employees that work there u deal with the owner that does the spray tan so there is no rudness that can be between custemer and spray tan custemer.

I have had a spray tan done at the Pennfield location and it was a really great job. I didn't have any problems with any of the employees at this location but it was probably due to te fact that the owner was the one doing the spray tan and was also the one that assisted me through the whole process. Either way the facility is very nice and clean which to me is the most important factor in a tannin bed. Just ignore employees that are rude or complain to the manager/owner.

Trim A Size has nice beds and is very clean the only complaint that I have about this place is that the workers that I have dealt with at both locations have been very rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for walking in. I thought maybe it was just at the pennfield location so after a few visits of getting treated the same way i switched to the Columbia location and it was worse, the lady actually rolled her eyes at me because she had to give me a punch card. I have 5 more visits left and WILL NOT be buying another package. I do not think that they are very friendly and its too bad because their facility is very well kept. I hope you all have a better customer service experience!

I have been tanning with Trim A Size for over 14 years. Before going there, I used a lot of different places, and was somewhat satisfied with my results. But when I did my first visit, to the Pennfield salon, that was it for me. The results I got from there far and beyond outweighed the competitors that I had been giving my money. I have never left dissatisfied with a visit, and they treat you like family, and are immaculate, from corner to corner. The ladies that work there are genuinely concerned and try to match you to your best type of bed, and one of my personal pet peeves that they have never let me down on is the BATHROOM is always clean. I am impressed also with the owners insight on the newer salon on E. Columbia. It is beautiful inside and out, and and if the Pennfield salon isnt close to you, then the Columbia one is convenient.

These salons are clean, updated, and well kept. General tanning prices are similar to other salons in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in the Battle Creek area.
