Isn't it funny how everyone assumes they know what really goes on when it comes to management? Funny it's usually the ones at don't wanna pay their rent that leave rude comments about the park ....I personally think a lot of improvement has happened for this park and if you have complaints over some pot holes or dumpster then you really need a life. Not saying this park is perfect by all means but I was homeless before I moved here and my kids have the best stability they ever have had cause I can afford it here and the schools are great....so why dont you find something better to do then dog on the park.

I am writing this review of Triangle Trailer Park, for the future tenants. First I would like to point out that the driveway into the Park has large pot-holes they have been there for at least 3 years that I know about. There is no rule that is enforced in the Park, and yes there are a lot of rules but none that you have to worry about if you live there. There are no-longer single trash cans for each tenant so they don?t have to walk half way around the park just to find out that there dumpsters are usually filled with the Parks trash, so I hope you like it setting inside your home, because to just set it out until you can get it into the dumpster will be a $100.00 fine. There are $100.00 fines for several things in the park that upset the management, but don?t worry the management doesn'?t listen to anyone?s complaints that live there, unless as I have already mentioned is that you need to be buddy or related to the management to get anything fixed.
