Swonk's did a stunning funeral arrangement for us last week. Many people commented on it. The casket sprays they did for the children and grandchildren were also fantastic! Again, great job Swonk's!
Being from out of state I needed a florist in the Battle Creek area. When I called I received a warm friendly greeting. Swonk's representative was more than willing to help me with my needs. The flowers I ordered were delivered by the time I requested.and were absolutely beautiful. Swonk's sent me photos of the flowers after delivery on a Saturday. I also received a copy of my bill with a personal message in the mail the following Monday. I am very pleased with this flower shop. They treated me well and put together a flower arrangement that pleased my entire family.
The Kalamazoo Sail & Power Squadron needed centerpieces for our Change of Watch dinner. The 12 arrangements they made were beautiful and fresh, with a nautical theme. They were given as door prizes to one lucky person at each table. Mine lasted at home for a very long time.
Great they have a toll-free number for out of state orders! Think the $8 delivery charge is a bit high for close to their shop. They should base it on mileage range rather than having one rate for the entire town.
