Linda was there to help us on Sunday, she introduced us to the store as family run, let us shop independently and checked on us to mention highlights of different couches we looked at. A wonderful store to shop at. We had our couch delivered on Wednesday. Very professional and speedy delivery team! I would recommend Russell's to anyone.-Fiona Kalamazoo,MI

My family has bought a few things and if there was any issue with it they came out right away and fixed. This is the only place my family will buy good quality furniture from. They are hood people with a good business.

We have a few items from Russells country store and love them. Nice family owned business and good quality furniture. They have always stood behine their product if a problem occured and now they have the new "used" furniture store which you can buy good quality used items as well at reasonable prices!!

First time ever bought furniture at this store and would NEVER go back furniture after 6 months old looks 13 years old fabric tore where staples were at cushions wore really bad would not go back if you are smart go to another furniture store. Russells solution for fixing the poor quality was just put a band aid on it instead of replacing the furniture with a quality piece. Dont buy here!!
Nice, family owned, furniture store. The employees are wonderful and very patient.My family has been buying our furniture and appliances from them for years. My Grand parents bought their items from there.
