Very good service done in time and order was correct. Cashier was very nice and polite. Thanks for your service and great pizza at a fantastic price.
Employees don't know how to ring up orders, manager yelling at employee in front of 5 waiting customers. Manager was rude to customers before and after us. Acted like she was being bothered by doing her job. 3 employees trying to prepare 27 pizzas plus take walk in orders- crazy!!!!
Horrible experience. Employees don't know how to use the credit card reader correctly. I was double charged. I called them and they said to come in and they'd take care of it. When I went back in, they wanted me to prove that I was double charged. That was fine, and I showed them the double charge from my bank on my phone.**They refused to refund money or void the transaction**Now I have to go back YET AGAIN and prove to them that the money was actually withdrawn from my account?Horrible business practice when even the manager doesn't know how to void or verify a double charge on the credit card machine.
