In medical school, Dr. White was immediately drawn to surgery, but also wanted to have the opportunity to build relationships with his patients. The field of ENT allows him the ability to do both. He loves what he does. The ability to help people on a daily basis, both in the office and in the operating room, is very fulfilling.Dr. White is thankful for the many mentors that have guided him during the course of his career, but his wife and parents have had the deepest and most meaningful impact on his life. He is intent on serving as a mentor for other medical students and residents, as well. His participation in numerous medical mission trips is another way he can give back.In his free time, Dr. White enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey and skiing. He especially enjoys getting outside whenever possible.The World Health Organization defines health as a “state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease.” My goal is to walk alongside each patient to improve their overall health in any way that I can. I constantly look for new ways to improve patient care. I use the latest surgical techniques, study the newest research, and apply this knowledge to the personalized care of each patient.
