We had a small order this past spring (about $100 total). It included 7 t-shirts and 3 bags, with varying printing and embroidary work. I was surprised that the Shirt Shack even agreed to do the detail we were requesting because it was such a small order. But they had it done within a week's time and for a very reasonable price. The customer service was excellent. They got everything right, they were good to work with and the turn around time was surprising. I am currently following up with another printer on an order for a school team that was placed by someone else. It has been nothing but a struggle to get that order completed. The season is almost over and the team has just received only half of the items they have ordered. I wished I had the opportunity to influence this school team to go to Adam's Shirt Shack, we would not be having these frustrations trying to get the merchandise that has been paid for. Nice job Shirt Shack

I can't say enough good about Adams Shirt Shack! As a very small business owner, I have small orders, but have never felt less important than their large volume clients. They've always been extremely helpful, friendly and fast! Their prices are more than fair (never an additional fee or hidden cost), and their work is absolutely top quality. These are my embroidery and screening people.

I called all over both Kalamazoo and Battle Creek looking for someone to complete my team t-shirts with a quick turn around. Not only did Adams accept the job but they couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. The shirts were beautiful! I'm beside myself with how great my project turned out and the price was great as well. I live in Kalamazoo and it was completely worth the drive! Don't let their strange building fool you. They have top notch equipment inside and they even do embroidery. I will take all my jobs to Adams.
