  Jeremy is Louisiana born and raised. He had the privilege of joining his mother and father in the family business after his studies at Catholic High School and Louisiana State University. For nearly 20 years he would go on to hone the necessary skills to operate a small business, including sales, marketing, P&L statements, cash flow analysis, inventory control, customer relations, employee retention, payroll services and a host of others. After many successful years, the business was sold and Jeremy moved on to a new chapter. In early 2018 he joined Waters & Pettit Commercial Real Estate where he plans to become the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and hardest working commercial real estate agent in the region. Jeremy’s background in small business operations, his work ethic as well as his extensive contact base, offers his clients a unique opportunity to find the perfect commercial space to suit their needs.
