Provided by YP.comanyone who gives this place a good review is lying to you. this is the worst place i have ever lived in my life. it would seem like the rather pricey rent would come with benefits but it doesn't. instead you get animal feces in the hallway, trash bags in the stairwells and poor management. when dealing with pressing issues, management will literally avoid calls and meetings. i tried to schedule a meeting with the manager, Gina Pendarvis, and she told me she was "too busy" to try and set a time for us to meet. I'm sorry? What? This complex takes advantage of college students and over charges them because they can. Last time i checked, it doesnt cost $250 to clean a fridge.

Provided by YP.comI do not recommend the Standard, or University House, or whatever they choose to call themselves. The people that wrk downstairs in the leasing office are rude, incompetent, and less than willing to help their residents. The hallways are always full of trash, vomit, mud, etc. The door to the clubhouse, a main access point into the building, has been broken for over a month, which is allowing anyone to walk into the complex without a key. The "controlled access gates" are left opened, allowing anyone to drive into the parking garage. We have not received most of the amenities that we have been promised, and if we have received them, they have not been kept up with. The printer in the clubhouse is always out of ink, and we have not been supplied with paper, which of course is the least of the problems. It has now been three months since the property has been opened, and all of the elevators have yet to be installed. The finishing of the property was rushed, therefore nothing is up to the standards that were described to the residents when we signed the lease. The floors are popping up, the walls curve, the ceiling isn't even, and the paint jobs look as if a three years old had done them. Bugs and rats have been found in multiple rooms through the building, and it has taken maintenance weeks to come out for the call. This place of residence is far too expensive for all the problems that we are forced to deal with
