I've called this place several times in the past, the same female always answers the phone, she's rude, crude, unhelpful and will hang the phone up on you. Its a wonder they've been in business this long considering her attitude and impolite demeanor.

I paid this business $1500 to replace my convertible top. The first time it rained, both windows leaked. When I called they told me that they do not guarantee that it will not leak, even though they warrant their work for 1 year. Find somewhere else to do business.

Called few days ago and Tops Unlimited was willing to sell me a part for me to install my own top. I call back today about another part and a old lady gets on the phone and says we don't give out advice and hangs up and then i call back to inform im not asking for advice im wanting to purchase something and she tells me we do not sell that and hangs up the phone again.. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUISNESS EITHER. I will pay more else where before I make a call to them at all..

purchased my car out of town and needed my top repaired. the manufactor told me about tops unlimited. the woman there was not helpful in any way. i was insulted by her telling me the people at the dealership where i purchased my car were not professionals. well after speaking to her i know she is not a professional and i surely dont want her company repairing my car. i was told by others in the field they had the same problem with her. sorry but she has no class or customer relations skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommended. Installed electric sunroof in Chevy extended cab pickup. Better than factory. Great service.
