Red Stick CrossFit is our original location and one of the first CrossFit affiliates to open in Baton Rouge, LA. We are located in Mid City Baton Rouge, close to downtown and LSU. Our facility is 6,ooo sqft of warehouse space in the Ogden Park Shopping Center. We have 3,000 sqft that is dedicated to WOD space and the other 3,000 sqft is filled with 12 weightlifting platforms, weight racks, and jerk blocks. We are also home to retired Team USA Olympic Weightlifter and multi World Team member Matt Bruce. Matt is the head coach of Bruce Barbell, strength coach for BrUTE Strength, and helped develop and coaches the CrossFit Advance Olympic Weightlifting course.
