Initially, this company seemed like a winner. They arrived on schedule, figured out the problem, temporarily fixed it (added some freon) and told us what needed to be done. Said they would contact us when the part came in. We didnt hear from them for 3 weeks. The house was cooler because of the freon but there was a leak which they needed to fix. So after 3 weeks it was hot again (88 degrees inside). We called, they came again, apologized, and added more freon and promised to be back early the next week. Two weeks later I called someone else and got it taken care of. I mean, seriously, how does a business function like that???

This company is amazing. I am leasing my apartment from an awful company and have been complaining about my air conditioner for months. The thermostat has read 95 degrees all week inside my apartment, and my apartment company finally sent over someone from Pro Temp. They called to tell me they were on their way, determined the problem on the spot, put a temporary fix on the problem to help it for now, and put in order to replace the entire unit by the end of the week. The man that came to help me was so nice and knowledgeable. He was understanding of my problem and so helpful. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family and will use them again in the future!

We requested a quote on replacing the outside unit even though the tech said he could fix the existing unit. The outside unit was replaced as agreed. No surprises. This all occurred when the temp was 100 for the week. I would feel comfortable in using this company again.
