As a privately owned business, PF has every right to ask you to disarm before entering the building. That said, one would think that they, as a firearm dealer/range, they would support concealed carry by allowing it it their establishment. The guys behind the counter do not seem concerned with customer servive and have a very bad attitude and seem to get off on belittling customers. I will not patronize PF and I suggest that you do not.

I have been there several times and have always had an outstanding service.They know the craft of marksmanship well.I was raised around firearms,my father being a gunsmith.It's like no other sport or activity. People in this sport are very serious. This is not the driving range or the pool hall. Attention must be paid at all times to even the smallest detail,or someone pays a price.I get the feeling other reviewers must have been "looked at" to much. It's the job of the range personnel to stop problems before they happen.So, yes,they must decide in just a few seconds if someone entering has the proper attitude to handle arms around others. And to keep SAFETY the number one priority on everyone mind. They are there to keep the shooters on there toes the whole time,not to be "smokin' and jokin'"like it's a party. Jesters have no place in a firing range. Make sure if you go,you give it the respect this activity deserves,at all times!!!

I understand how you felt. I feel the same way every time I walk in. I try to be as friendly as I can so they might feel comfortable with me there. That's not how I like to be treated when I'm spending my money. Nice range and good location. Bad attitude toward the customer. Will search a new place to shoot and spend my money.

I went there tonight with my daughter and I was very impressed. They were friendly, helpful, and the training for her as a first user was very good. I would recommend this range for anyone and especially for first time users. They gave the pro's and cons for each style of gun, showed her the proper stance and hand placement for the gun and were very courteous. Highly recommended. We will both be back again.

I will never utilize this range again. The two guys that were there made us feel as though we were there to rob the place. This was the first time my brother in law had ever been here in the states and had to witness me getting treated so disrespectfully. I wish there was something more I could do other than this review. I highly discourage usage of this range.
