I made a to-go order at 2:37am with what sounded like an extremely disinterested employee, and arrived at 2:50am to pick my food up. When I got to the counter, the cashier informed me that my order had not been made and that it would be another 15 minutes until my food was ready. As a bartender and server at a restaurant in Baton Rouge, I would have gotten chewed out and written up if I pulled something like this. The manager conviently disappeared when I became visibly upset about my order not being made when I called it in. I'm still waiting on my food and it is now 3:05am - the cashier did not reassure me that my food was coming out soon, nor has she acknowledged that I am sitting in front of her, obviously irritated. These people need to be trained in guest services.
