Glen Oaks High School provides a range of educational opportunities for students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers classes in English, industrial arts, physical and business education, social studies and science. It provides membership opportunities for the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and Future Farmers of America (FFA). Glen Oaks High School operates cheerleading, band, beta and athletics clubs. It operates a library that offers a selection of books on various subjects. The school conducts various sports activities, such as basketball, softball, and track and field. It is a part of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, which also governs Broadmoor Middle School, Baton Rouge Magnet High School and Winbourne Elementary School.
