As a photogrammetrist, Mr. Mugnier analyzes 3-D photo-based measurements to arrive at his expert deductions, whichhe accomplishes by extracting two dimentional information from multiple photographs, By doing that, and testifying in court as an expert witness, Mr. Mugnier, who has many years of experience in the field, helps attorneys in their defense in cases involving accidents and forensic investigations.
