I've had my kids at Elite for 6 months. They have recently improved some of the facilities which were needed, The coaches my kids have are very nice but after 6 months my kids are not learning anything new for the money I am paying. They have so many classes going on at the same time the facility is too crowded and the training has an assembly line atmosphere. The admin staff could use alot of retraining in customer service. Whenever you question them about billing issues or make up classes you are brushed off. There is zero effort on admin to be available, friendly or helpful. I am searching for another program and will be leaving as soon as possible.

Home schooling at the gym is usually encouraged once a child has put in a few years. These children are shown a bit favoritism, which can be devastating to children whom parents have put education first.But of course, these home schooled children are the ones at meets who tend to score higher. They pretty much do gymnastics all day. The atmosphere is not very friendly and the facility is definitely in need of some major cleaning or new equipment. The smell is horrible in the gym.

I am truly disappointed with this gym. The staff is not very helpful or friendly. Cannot keep a coach for long. When coach is found, they are not an experienced COACH, just a past gymnast. The conditions of the gym, lobby and bathroom definitely need improvement.

Fairly new to the gym. Don't feel there is a friendly, open door atmosphere. Staff is not there to answer questions or make me feel comfortable that we made the right choice by bringing my daughter here. Questioning our decision.

We have tried several gyms and feel Elite is by far the best. However, compared to other gyms we really need a new carpet. The blue one we have is very old and stinky.

My daughter has attended classes for several years at Elite. We feel that the coaches are experienced, fair and compassionate. We have tried other gyms before Elite and feel Elite is the best. Children advance based upon their individual skill level with parental consent. Look forward to many years to come.
