Patients of the Transformative Health Center will benefit from over 15 years of medical experience a careful evaluation of each patient’s medical history and lifestyle. After evaluation, Dr. Sherrod III may give a written recommendation for a medical marijuana card in Louisiana and will work with his patients to formulate a customized treatment plan that may help alleviate symptoms and/or improve quality of life.
