- Estate PlanningNiki is an attorney and licensed title insurance agent at the Perkins Road location of Commerce Title & Abstract company. Her primary focus is transactional real estate concentrating in both residential and commercial realms. Prior to joining Commerce Title & Abstract Company Niki was in general practice devoting the bulk of her time to commercial transactional work including choice of entity, contract review, finance, pension, health and welfare assures as well as to commercial and residential real estate litigation. When I’m not assisting realtors with difficult and unusual transactions, I’m burning things in my Instant Pot or arguing with my three year old niece about the difference between a parrot and a toucan. Stewart’s career started off in his family business with his father and sister, doing real estate and probate law at Stewart, Stewart and Stewart. That gave him the unique experience of learning law from his father for 15 years. Since then, he spent more than two decades doing title work and brings a wealth of commercial and residential experience to our team. When he’s not at the closing table you can find him spending time with his wife Cindy. Stewart has two sons, Ashton, 26, and Hayes, 22. Fun fact: His grandfather was the esteemed Troy Middleton, the LSU President of the ’50s for whom the university’s Middleton Library was named.
