BR Krav Maga & Fitness is Baton Rouge's only Official Fit-to-Fight Training Center. Choose from over 45 classes every week! Kickboxing, group fitness, and self defense classes are our specialty. Each class provides a killer, full-body workout ranging from 30 minutes to a full hour. Classes include but are not limited to: Krav Maga, Kickboxing (Bag), SPARology™, Mix Fit, Hard "Core" Burnout, Kick Butt, Pilates, Yoga, and a variety other options...
