Stay away from this place at all cost. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with this company and with the sales consultant Randy. He was arrogant, ignorant and very untrustworthy. He spent the entire consultation talking about how terrible other companies were instead of just talking about his product. He lied from start to finish and just made things up as he went. When I asked him questions about the products they sold he didn't have a clue about them when asked detailed questions. They do not return phone calls and follow through with almost anything you ask of them. I believe that my sales consultant had a personal problem with me from the start. If you don't fit a certain demographic or look a certain way they immediately treat you with disrespect and won't even try to really help. Randy needs to learn how to listen to what the client wants and asks for. They just push for what they want to sell you whether you need it or not. I tried to speak with the owner Brian who also didn't take the time to listen at all. The salesman lied to the owner about his visit to our home and about my expectations of the product. This was a very eventful, regretful and stressful situation created by the salesman. I don't really blame the owner as much but he was given an opportunity to correct the situation and he did not. To my surprise he took sides with the employee and was very rude also. Brian stated to me how good his company was, how long they have been in business and that they didn't need my business because they have plenty of customers. Then he said that his employees are commission employees and I must be wasting the salesman time and that probably is the cause for the negative treatment. All of this because they want you to sign on the dotted line, pay first and then they tell you what you are getting. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They have very terrible customer service and the worst kind of employees and owners. The kind that simply don't care or respect the customer at all. They just care about taking your money. I will tell everybody I talk to about this experience and maybe one day they will respect and value their clients more if they are still in business.
