Steuben Center, a member of the Centers Health Care family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, was formerly known as Steuben County Health Care Facility. Steuben County Health Care Facility has been offering long-term care services in Steuben County, New York since 1834. The facility's admission criteria allow preferential admission to residents of Steuben County. Its services include nursing, pharmacy, physical, occupational and speech therapies, social work, housekeeping and 24-hour medical services with full-time nurse practitioners. The facility also provides pastoral, podiatry, dental, ophthalmology, laboratory and X-ray services. Additionally, it offers full-time physical therapists, computerized medical records, contemporary cuisine for residents with special dining needs, six levels of dining to accommodate resident capabilities, passenger resident van for activity outings, resident memorial park and hospice care services.
