Elmhurst is a private and nonprofit social service agency based in Bath, Maine. The agency offers supported living services to city residents with developmental disabilities and mental illness. It also offers a wide range of other services for adults and children, including residential services, activity programs, supported employment, transitions, case management and behavioral health services. Elmhurst provides various kinds of individual and group living programs. The agency also provides a variety of behavioral health service, such as behavior management, recreation, skill development, and physical and developmental activities. Elmhurst is a United Way agency and is also a member of the Maine Association for Community Service Providers.
