I purchased 2 blackberry phones about 8 mos ago with a replacement warranty. One got wet and needed replaced. My secretary took the phone in on fri. july 2, 2010 to the batesville store. they advised the phone would be mailed saturday and delivered on tuesday, following the july 5 national holiday. When it did not arrive, my secretary coontacted the Batesville store for an explanation. She asked for a tracking number so she could find our where it was. The employee could not provide a tracking no. We then called Verizon in Cin. and learned that the phone order was not placed on July 2, it waws placed on July 6, after we'd asked for the tracking no. on July 7, we asked that they get us a substitute phone to use as I had to be out of town for the next 3 days and needed a phone. We were promised a call back at 11 am. we got no call by 4pm. I called at 4 pm, was put on hold and then disconnected. We called back several times, but no one would answer. J. Schuerman
