elch, Couch & Company, PA was founded over 40 years ago to provide public accounting services to individuals and businesses. We have offices in Batesville, Arkansas, and Salem, Arkansas, and West Plains, Missouri. Our firm has a staff of nearly twenty-five, most of which are accounting professionals. While our clients are a diverse group, a significant portion of our practice is centered within the healthcare industry. We service many of the hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare operations across Arkansas. Our approach to providing service is to always ensure that experienced professionals are working closely with you. Far too often accounting firms try to utilize inexperienced staff as a primary point of contact for clients. This can lead to frustration by the client and subpar service. We strive to acquire and retain experienced CPAs and other professionals so that you are always receiving the level of service you should expect. Our CPAs attend continuing education courses that are targeted to keep their skills sharp so that our level of service remains of the highest quality.
