Dr. Stricker is absolutely the best. He has cared for the 6 dogs and 1 cat we've had over the past 15 years. In that time he's fixed what other vets deemed "unfixable", he correctly diagnosed and treated a rare deadly fungal infection and he helped a beagle live 3 additional comfortable, happy years from the time she was diagnosed with cancer. Not to mention reliably treating all the "little" things like a pulled out toenail or itchy ears. He has an obvious love for animals and a passion for his calling. Worth a 10 star rating.

I was referred to this office. I had an older cat that was drastically going down hill. I spent years taking him to different vets for stomach issues and they all blew me off. Dr. Stricker was exceptional at taking the time to care, he doesn't treat them as pets but as family members. I had another cat who has behavioral issues and others I have talked to said there is no solution. Well Clermont Animal Hospital gave me literature to educate myself and some helpful hints. It worked!!! I have brought all 5 of my animals and my family members bring their pets now too. They truly know what they are doing. They stay up on their material and will do anything to help.

Dr. Stricker was very kind as was the vet tech we spoke to as well. We brought in an animal that was hit by a car (not by us!), eventually he had to be put to sleep because it was neurological damage, basically leaving him paralized. But the Dr. seemed kind and honest and to the point without being harsh about the reality of the situation. We are keeping his address/name handy, as we live near woods and come across injured birds etc regularly. Since he was wildlife rather than our pet, we were given the option of taking him to bury ourselves, or leave him with them for a small donation. It was nice to have that as an option, and we appreciated that he saw us when so many others wouldn't since it was not "the family pet".
