- Batavia New York is centrally located in Western NY half way between Buffalo and Rochester. Batavia sits on some of the most fertile soils in NYS so our barley will be the sweetest grown barley NYS has to offer.

We know YOU care about supporting local AGRICULTURE. . . AND SO DO we! OUR malting grains are grown in NEW York state exclusively. In fact. ALL of OUR grains are grown in western NEW York some AS close AS behind OUR malt house in Batavia. NEW York. We currently produce brewers malt. Light and medium Munich. Toasted malts. Roasted and smoked malts.
