I recently moved to the area and was looking for a gift for a family member during the holidays. I happened to find this quaint store while I was using my GPS to locate something else. I decided to venture in and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. The set up looked nothing like that of a regular jewelry store, and the variety of pieces on display were beautiful. The ladies at the counter were quick to greet me and very helpful. After Christmas, I went back to the store. I had received a Pandora bracelet and wanted to buy two clips. I met Dawn, who, went through all of the pieces with me. She didn't mind that I was like a "kid in a candy shop" looking at all of the wonderful pieces. I had several opportunities throughout the week to go to several other stores that also carry Pandora, but I made a special stop just so I could give my business to them. I met Karen a few days ago when I came into your store to drop my husband's ring off to be refurbished (as an anniversary surprise)... You also cleaned my wedding rings, and one diamond fell out of my band (I'm sure you remember me now, right?).Well, I picked up my rings today and just missed you by about 10 minutes- but I wanted to let you know that it all turned out just fine. Got to meet John Carpenter, who came out to apologize for not having my rings done by 2pm. He explained that my wedding band needed more work that he originally thought. I guess the last guy who sized my ring "did a half-@&$ job" and all the stones were loose! John fixed it though--much to my relief. I told him why I was in the store--that I was surprising my hubby by restoring his ring to its near-original state, and he looked at my rings and said, "Well then let me take your rings and clean them so they are as shiny as your husband's!" Within minutes, my rings were returned--looking beautiful and
