Nov. 11th, 2012 2:45pm - Carl Jr's. Bastrop, Texas - I went to drive up window, ordered a vanilla shake and chocolate malt. After 10 minutes, was ask to pull around to doorway. After 7 minutes, I went in and ask for the Manager. Some 'Cook' started chiding the manager about where she was, very disrespectful to the female manager. The lady manager came to the front and while I was talking to her about the delay in my order, the 'cook' started mocking me, and the manager, in front of all the other employees and customers. The manager let him continue to interfere with our conversation. I told her if she was the manager she would not put up with the disrespect this young man was giving her and me as a customer. She was unable to control the situation and I have never been in an establishment and had employees show so much disrespect to a customer as well as dealing with such a weak manager. This store is out of control, it's employees are disrespectful to customers
