I was inquiring to see if repairing a frig was economically feasible or not. The person answering the call said he could send a technician. I stated I was trying to an idea of cost for a compressor, Freon, or line replacement. I believe suddenly and without comment, I was rudely hung up on. I called back not knowing for sure, and again, when I asked what a compressor costs, I again lost the call. I can only suspect I was in fact hung up on twice. My impression. If all Bastrop Appliance and Repair wants to do is minimize information for the sake of sending a technician, hang up on you if they don't want to answer questions, then I wonder their integrity. Rather pathetic that a repair company does not want to answer questions until they feel they have you in a corner and on the hook for some money. Ask a car mechanic and they will have some idea of problems, maybe costs, and then let you decide if you want to proceed with diagnosis and repairs. T. Richards, Cedar Creek
