Please explain why my refund was only $8.99 I don't see anything to justify the holding of some of my money. As it happens I am actually out $19.79 with the return delivery confirmation shipping?

Bought from this seller on A*****.com and E*** the Zerolemon 8500mAh batteries and they did "Bait-N-Switch" with both with the cases that are supposed to be with the lesser 7500mah battery from the same manufacturer. The factory sealed bag is cut on both items and both had the rugged, hardshell case & the correct tpu case that fits over it removed and replaced with the case that goes to the smaller battery. That AND they charged me full retail price and described them as "New" when they were no longer considered new because they unsealed the factory packaging and swapped part of the contents. The unboxing videos are all over You***e and you'll see the difference. Be warned! This company has a dishonest reputation.

don't by anything from this company they cant even send you the right stuff the first time.

I ordered a couple of batteries and a charger. Shipped from different locations they had the same delivery dates window. The batteries arrived Friday (from NYC), the charger from Bastex arrived today (from Texas), well within the window to upstate NY. The CON: so far is the package is written in Chinese and has no English translation. Unit seems to be working. Won't know until tomorrow. I have had less desirable service from other, much larger companies.

i ordered a hot pink zebra flexi case 3 days ago on my amazon account and everything has been shipped but that case. i'm quite mad at the long wait and the case is yet to be shipped. if this is a rip-off, i want mymoney back immediately
