Family Pharmacy has great pricing but poor service and very untrained help.They are constantly out of supply and I have to go else where to get my prescriptions filled.Or when my prescription is due they claim I can't fill it that it is too early when the instructions say to take 1-2 every 4 hours as needed and I have to argue with them and show them basic math skills such as 2 x6 =24 possible pills taken in 1 day.I also had my doctor call in a prescription and went to pick it up and they told me it was not ready that was Mon. I returned every to be told the same thing. Friday I became upset and asked what the prob was and I was told my doc did not call it in.I called my doc and handed them the phone.They then stated that by law b/c it was controlled that they could not fill it until next Mon. I will run out on Sat. so am I supposed to suffer until late Mon. They also rarely answer the phone and often when they do will hang it up just to clear the line
