It was my first time with BZ Ontime Limo Service and my experience was perfect. The driver arrived just on time, was very kind and helpful. The reservation tryp process was also very easy and fast. I will recommend for sure!!!

BZ Ontime Limo Service provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend their service. Very professional company. I will use them again for any future Limo service I may need.
I originally read about this service on Yelp and decided to give it a try after my company had several horrible experiences with another service. We usually call them directly (not using the online service) and every time I call, it is efficient and professional. The drivers are equally professional and well-dressed, and are always on time, if not early. (barring some circumstances beyond their control). The cars are impeccably clean and the drivers very friendly. I am very happy with my decision to make the change to BZ Ontime Limo Service! They are consummate professionals and my company's visitors and managers are happy to use them. Most recently, I had an unexpected change in schedule due to crazy plane problems and they were completely flexible to accommodate me.
Just used these guys last weekend. Easily set up the reservation online for pick up from Newark Airport, and received an email confirming the reservation. The night before our arrival, Shawn, our driver, sent a text confirming our reservation, and to provide his contact information. Our flight arrived early, so I was a little worried we'd have to wait; however, while still on the runway, Shawn called and said he saw that we had already landed and he would be there within 20 minutes. By the time we got our baggage, he was waiting for us outside. Shawn was very courteous, and even gave us a few recommendations for our stay in NYC.
BZ Ontime Car and Limo Service is great. They always show up a little before my requested pick-up time, the cars are clean, the drivers courteous. Once, I needed to call their customer service line to change my pick-up time by half an hour. I experienced no problems, and my customer service rep was friendly and helpful. Also nice that if you pay online when you book, they show you the total cost, including tolls and tip, before charging you.

Me and my wife and I used this limo service to go out and absolutely loved it the car is gorgeous!! And the back is so big and comfortable and we had an amazing time and bonded a lot with the driver he got us home safe:)

I took this service from Basking Ridge to EWR Airport and it was everything I expected and more. It was early morning, and the ride was smooth, a lot of room and the driver was very nice and pleasant to be around. I will defiantly use this service again.
I travel quite a bit, and there are many choices when it comes to a car service. I chose Basking Ridge Limos based on the reviews I have read online. Best choice I made. Not only was the car car clean but the service was second to none. The driver made me feel like I had my own personal chauffer. Thanks for the great experience, I will surely use your service again.

I was very impressed by the excellent service from the driver on my recent ride to the airport, he was very professional and the car was in very clean. I highly recommend Basking Ridge Limos for any limo service, and will use them only for all my transportation needs
I set a reservation for a limousine with their website. The rep online was helpful and gave me a price quote and then set my reservation. I called to confirm the day before my reservation and everything was a go. The limo was nice and overall I'm pretty happy with the service.

I will definitely use this company again! The person who assisted me with the reservation was extremely helpful, the driver was on time and very courteous, the limo was very clean and the ride to JFK was comfortable
