General Info

I provide counseling and psychotherapy for individual adults and couples. My scope of practice includes a wide variety issues, however my specialty areas are: Women's reproductive health and mental health issues Trauma treatment and therapeutic support for active military, veterans and their families Grief and bereavement counseling for those who have experienced the death of a loved one I also provide therapy services to adults who are dealing with the following issues/concerns. Anxiety Depression Relationship issues (including intimate partner violence, infidelity, co-dependency, separation, divorce, etc.) Life transitional stressors (quarter life and midlife) Parenting issues (including new adjustments to baby, working mother issues, consistency, balance, self care, options if child is abusing alcohol or other drugs, etc.) Family substance abuse issues Parenting the gifted child
