We have been doing business with David for many years, and we have always depended on his products and, even moreso, his ability to service us effectively and trouble-shoot. We can't afford to have even 10 minutes of down time, and that has never been a problem. If there is trouble with our POS system, customers are kept waiting to place their orders and to pay. That is not an option for us, and fortunately. it has never been a problem. David is always available, has helped us by phone on Sundays, early mornings, evenings, and holidays. More significantly, we are fans of ZMF because there is such a high degree of competence and morality, such a rare thing in most businesses. As long as it is possible, we will continue to use David for all our POS needs.
