Great purchase experience. Fast and painless.

My family and I have a trip to Mt. Rushmore set for 7/19/14. On 7/15, I had a nail in my left rear tire and Brian and his crew fixed it on the spot. Outstanding!. It gets better. On 7/17, Onstar sends me an email saying there's an issue with stabilitrak and antilock brakes. On 7/18 at 3 pm, Brian tells me to bring it in and even though it is late on a Friday, he has the car diagnosed and road tested in 2 hours. Amazing! Absolutely first rate service and sacrifice by Brian and his crew.

For a first time Cadillac buyer I did not know what to expect. I have been in and out of many dealerships, but I have to say Motor Werks was one of the top ones I have every purchased from! From Bill my salesperson to the finance manager, it really felt like home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Cadillac!

The buying experience was very easy with no pressure which is what usually occurs during car purchase. The combination of great personable service and an outstanding sales person who was Joe Quintenz made the buying experience great. Joe is a huge reason for our relationship at Motor Werks. I cannot say enough about him. This is our second car from Joe and they were equally satisfying purchases during both deals.

Well my husband and I just bought our first car together. We have literally been searching for months and months. I was so tired of looking! I had wanted a Hyundaii Santa Fe for about 2 years but when a good one came along, we couldn't buy, and when we could buy, there weren't any! I saw a listing at Motorwerks of barrington and decided to call, then my hubby and I decided to go see it. Since motorwerks sells big fancy cars, I thought they would be snooty. I was so wrong! They were so courteous and polite. We weren't able to make a deal since they weren't willing to budge on our $500 difference. No big deal, it happens. Then they called us the next day (not being pushy at all) and asked if we'd be willing to meet in the middle. They come down $250 if we go up $250, and because there wasn't much of the warrenty left, I wasn't willing to budge. So we figured hey let's settle on $100. And we made a deal! They detailed the car, filled in with gas and made our experience excellent! Thanks!
