worst customer service..be careful on how many times they run your credit..over ten times..very unprofessional staff

GREAT PLACE TO SHOPWow after having stopped by two other dealers we pulled into Midstate, mostly because we saw the big US flag out front and heard the owner on WDEV. He was right when he has mentioned how his staff will take the time to help you find the perfect vehicle. We must have tested our salesperson after driving five different cars. But in the end they helped us find the perfect vehicle.

Great sales staff; miserable service. My vehicle (the second I purchased brand new from them) was "serviced" 4 times for the same problem at Mid-state. It is now being fixed at another dealership. The manufacturer does not have a record of any warranty work having been done -this raises serious concerns in my mind. Shop elsewhere - get your service performed elsewhere - Mid-state is bad news.
