Located in Barnhart, Mo., James E. Freer Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers a range of subjects, including math, English, science and social studies. It serves hot lunch to students under an agreement with the Department of Education to participate in the National School Lunch Program. James E.
