Here at The Meat Market we are happy to custom package your meat to your families needs. We specialize in Custom Slaughter, Roasting Hogs, Home Cured Bacon, Hams, and Sausage along with a 40ft Fresh Meat display case. Our meat is from local farmers here in Baraboo and is cut fresh daily for our meat case. No antibiotics or hormones added. Our chicken is Amish raised and Organic. The Meat Market has two locations to serve you. Our location in Baraboo, Wisconsin is just minutes south of Wisconsin Dells. The Meat Market has awesome sausage and brats. Another favorite of mine is their seasoned chicken breasts. Everything is fresh and very tasty. They have a large variety of meats; something for everyone! Their staff is also very friendly and courteous. Their meat is so good - when my parents come to visit me they stop before heading home stating, "The Meat Market in Baraboo is much better than the market in their town."
