Excellent I am a very frequent guest of Poor Boy's. I love the great food and the friendly atmosphere.

Breads and desserts made in house. Recommended by tour guide and could go back right now! Scallops, crab cakes and sauted lobster to die for!

The food is delicious and they aim to please. From vegetarian to Gluten Free! It is a challenge to save room for dessert but well worth the effort!

We come here every year. The food is excellent and we especially like the early bird specials. My son's favorite is the Shrimp Fra Diavolo; it's not too spicy. I like everything!

this is a must place to eat when you are in bar harbor. all the locals goes their and that tells you the food is great. call for resv and best to eat early as they is a lot of resv for later dinning.

My wife and I have been visiting Poor Boy's every summer (we are from Atlanta) for years and it is quite simply the best restaurant on MDI!!The food is superb, the service even better. But the one item you MUST try is the Blueberry Daiquiri. Rich enough for desert all by itself.
