Friedman, Goldberg, Mintz & Kallergis, also known as FGMK, is a certified public accounting and consulting firm that assists clients in the health care, real estate, construction, technology, publishing, retail, professional services, securities, and manufacturing and distribution industries. Established in 1969, it oversees a staff of more than 125 employees, including over 35 partners. FGMK offers a range of services in the areas of accounts receivable management, income tax, bankruptcy and distress, human resources consulting, strategic planning, and audits, compilations and reviews. It also provides services related to investment management, mergers and acquisitions, dispute consulting and business valuation, and financial and estate planning. In addition, the company organizes seminars, conferences and training sessions for its partners and accountants.
