Extremely rude! Called Appliance Care to come and check out our dishwasher, and we were informed that we needed a timer that it had to be ordered. No problem. 17 days later and with no communication from them, we called to see what was going on. The "gentleman" was extremely rude and said, "the part should be in sometime this month." When questioned further he threw a fit and said I'll just cancel your order. Extremely unprofessional. We will never use this company again.
