- Limited Liability CompaniesOnce 2025 Annual Report filing is made available (starting January 1, 2025), all Annual Reports will be due by June 1; where an Eaton Peabody attorney serves as your entity’s Clerk or Registered Agent, we will contact you to obtain the information needed to file the Annual Report, and file it on your behalf, unless you have instructed us otherwise, in which case filings should be completed online through the Secretary of State’s website with an associated annual filing fee of $85 for domestic corporate entities (including corporations and limited liability companies), $35 for non-profit corporations, and $150 for foreign business entities.
