Store Management is terrible, not professional, poorly run location, will not return, will advise all business associates and friends of my bad experience. In-fact, I will not return to any best buy in the future.AlexIn Maine

Best Buy in the Bangor Mall area, is the worst ran operation I've ever experienced, General Manager is never available, will not return your calls about complaints, the associates are running around playing instead of helping Customers, the assistant Manages will not relay any data over to upper management, meaning complaints of poor service, the male associates helping only the women not men, lost prevention agents following around people in store, even thought that person has the means to purchase anything they would like to invest in. The Bangor, Best Buy is the biggest disappointment I ever seen. I would not recommend this store to anyone from away, or local, my suggestion, try the other electronic stores in the area. I conclude by saying I had know luck writing to the CEO of the company as well 6 months later and I have not received an apology!Best Regards,KenBangor
